As an Associate Broker, I will help you begin the purchase process by discussing the following with you:

- Whether a tax-deferred exchange is involved.

I will work closely with you through the various steps of the acquisition process:

- Searching for and identifying desirable commercial properties that are currently listed for sale, as well as unlisted.
- Submitting offer to purchase and responding to seller's counter offers.
- Providing professional contacts for geological, environmental, and structural engineers to examine all of the property to your satisfaction.
- Having the property’s value professionally appraised.

- Removing the feasibility and submitting your earnest money deposit on the property.
- Reviewing Closing Statement and coordinating final Escrow appointment.
- Taking possession of the property.
